What happens after you get in touch

  1. Step 1: We reply the same working day

    Eduard calls or messages you back to hear about the property and what you want from it. If we are not the right fit, you will hear that on the first call.

  2. Step 2: We look at the property together

    We arrange a visit, talk through which route suits it (a company let, serviced accommodation or management) and check what the lease, mortgage lender and insurer allow.

  3. Step 3: You get our proposal in writing

    Plain terms you can read in your own time and take advice on. On a company let, you receive a fixed monthly rent, paid on the same date each month for the length of the agreement, subject to a property assessment and contract. Nothing is agreed until you sign.
