I’m Eduard Vlase. I look after property in Milton Keynes.
Eds Estate is a Milton Keynes property company. We work with landlords, and we host guests.
We rent homes from landlords on company lets, run serviced accommodation for people visiting the city, and manage short lets for owners who would rather keep the income themselves.
I live and work here, and I’m the person you deal with from the first conversation onwards.

Why I started Eds Estate
Landlords should always know what is happening with their property.
I have hosted guests in central Milton Keynes myself, so I know what a good stay takes: a proper clean between every guest, a quick reply when someone arrives late, and a repair sorted before the next booking rather than after it.
I also build software. When I read what owners say about the companies that look after their property, the same two complaints come up again and again. They can’t see where their money goes, and they can’t get hold of anyone when it matters.
I started Eds Estate to get both of those right. You have one person to talk to, and a clear record of every booking, every cost and every payment.

What you can expect from me
It works the same way whether we rent your property on a company let, run it as serviced accommodation, or manage it on your behalf.
One point of contact
You deal with me, from the first conversation to every monthly statement. You won’t be passed between people or asked to explain things twice.
I answer the phone

Looked after as if it were mine
Cleaned properly between guests, checked regularly, and repairs arranged quickly. When an agreement ends, the property comes back to you in the condition we agreed.

I built the owner portal myself, so landlords and owners can see everything in one place: monthly statements, bookings, what was spent and what was paid, with the receipts behind it.

Why Milton Keynes suits serviced accommodation
People come to Milton Keynes all year round: for work, for events and to see family. Many of them need somewhere to stay for a few nights or a few weeks.
A well-kept apartment, with a kitchen, room to spread out and somewhere to park, often suits them better than a hotel room.
Business visitors
Companies across the city bring in staff, contractors and visiting teams, often for a week or more at a time. Milton Keynes Central has direct trains to London and Birmingham, and the grid roads make it easy to get about by car.

Matches and events at stadium MK, shows at Milton Keynes Theatre and days out at Bletchley Park bring visitors for a night or two, often in groups who would rather stay together.

People come to see relatives, for weddings and celebrations, or for a break near the parks, the lakes and centre:mk. A home with a kitchen and space for everyone makes that easier.
